The Format
A 1-day hackathon open to anyone who wants to make an impact and is driven by entrepreneurship.
Register UNTIL 16/11 (11:59PM): you can register as an individual; no need for a team. Based on the registration a selection of candidates is made and put into teams depending on skills, topics of interest and motivation.
If selected, the participation fee is €25, which covers all food and drinks for the day. You will receive a link to the payment information when receiving the notification about the selection on 18/11/25.
You can register with or without a business idea – we will form teams based on the challenges and your skills. You can either provide details on you own idea or select one of the 4 topics (Sports, Retail, Health or Finance/insurance) of preference in the form.
Participants can be technical profiles, creatives, business minds, entrepreneurs, or visionaries. We’ll make sure each team has the mix of skills needed to succeed.
To join, you must be available for the full day on November 28th.
The Schedule
09:00 AM – 09:30 AM — Check-In & Breakfast
Grab your badge, meet other participants, and fuel up with coffee and breakfast.
09:30 AM – 10:30 AM — Opening Ceremony
Welcome, event overview, rules, topic briefing, judging criteria, and sponsor shoutouts.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Ideating & brainstorming
Teams brainstorm, generate ideas, and start building your solution.
12:30 PM – 01:30 PM — Lunch Break
Take a break, enjoy lunch, and recharge for the afternoon.
01:30 PM – 05:30 PM — Concepting & Build
Selecting your main idea, building your concept, build, Test, and Refine
05:30 PM – 06:30 PM — Final Touches & Pitching Prep
Wrap up development, test, and create & rehearse your demo or pitch.
06:30 PM – 07:30 PM — Dinner break
07:30 PM – 08:30 PM — Project Pitches & Jury deliberation
Each team presents a short pitch (5 minutes) followed by jury decides their final winners.
08:30 PM – 09:00 PM — Winner announcement & Closing
Winners announced, prizes awarded, group photo, and thank-yous to sponsors and participants.
09:00 PM – 09:30 PM — Networking & Social Time
Celebrate your achievements, exchange contacts, and unwind after a full day of hacking.
